Belmont Medical Centre Survey ACTIONS
The RNZCGP Survey Results from the recent patient survey at Belmont Medical Centre has been acted upon.

We have put up notices on our new Notice Board advising patients of what to do if they are not happy about something and would like to complain.

A notice on the front door and notice board give details of the After hours service at Shorecare and the Housecall service.

A practice information sheet is available for new patients and anyone who would like one. It introduces the practice and outlines various aspects of the surgery.
